Psychiatric evaluation
Your first appointment is a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation. We review current symptoms, mental health and medical history, medications, substance use, family history, and what you want from treatment. You leave with a working diagnosis, clear recommendations, and a plan.
Medication management
When medication is a good fit, we explain the options, expected benefits, and possible side effects so you can decide with confidence. Regular follow-ups track how you are feeling and fine-tune doses, with lab work and coordination with your primary care provider when needed.
Supportive therapy
Visits include practical, CBT-informed tools for anxious thoughts, low mood, sleep, and stress, plus Motivational Interviewing to help you move toward the changes that matter to you.
Telehealth (online psychiatry)
Secure video visits are available for patients located in Colorado at the time of the appointment, making care easier to fit around work, school, and family. Same quality of care, no commute.
ADHD assessment
We use QbCheck, an FDA-cleared, computer-based test that objectively measures inattention, impulsivity, and hyperactivity. Completed from home or in our office, it adds reliable, evidence-based data to a thorough clinical evaluation, followed by clear recommendations and, when appropriate, treatment.
