Anxiety treatment
Constant worry, a racing mind, tension you can’t shake, or sudden waves of panic can make ordinary days feel exhausting. Anxiety is one of the most treatable mental health conditions, and you don’t have to manage it alone.
Common signs
- Persistent worry that is hard to control
- Restlessness, muscle tension, or feeling on edge
- Panic attacks or a racing heart
- Avoiding situations because of fear
- Trouble sleeping because your mind won’t settle
- Irritability or difficulty concentrating
Only a qualified clinician can make a diagnosis. These signs are a starting point for a conversation, not a self-diagnosis.
How treatment works
Care begins with a full psychiatric evaluation to understand your symptoms, triggers, health history, and goals. Treatment may include medication management, CBT-informed coping skills, sleep and stress strategies, and coordination with your therapist. We start with the lowest effective approach and adjust based on how you feel.
Appointments are available in person at our Aurora office or by secure video anywhere in Colorado, including the Denver metro area.
